Delivery
We offer fast and reliable worldwide delivery by DHL Express.
Due to ongoing disruptions in the Middle East, shipping costs to certain regions have significantly increased.
The affected countries include: United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Kuwait, Qatar, Jordan, and Bahrain. At this time, we are unfortunately unable to ship Discovery Sets to these destinations. Additionally, the order value required for free shipping has been temporarily increased to €190.00. Orders containing full-size bottles are being shipped as usual. For orders below €190.00, a shipping fee of €20.00 applies. We truly appreciate your understanding and hope to resume normal shipping conditions soon.

Delivery costs will be calculated and shown at checkout.
Some orders may be subject to import duties and taxes in the destination country (outside EU), for which we are not responsible.
The customer is responsible for the payment of any such import duties and taxes. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
Should the customer refuse to pay the import duties and taxes set by their relevant customs authority and therefore refuse the package, one of the following scenarios will apply:
– The package will be destroyed by the customs. We take no responsibility for this and can not offer a refund for the order.
– The package will be returned to us. Upon a successful return, we can offer a refund for the order, but all the actually incurred shipping and return costs will be deducted from the refund.
All delivery costs to EU countries include the currently valid VAT of the customers shipping country.
During the delivery by the courier, you are advised to check the delivered package and its content for any obvious damage.
Any discovered damage shall be communicated to the courier and noted by the same immediately. If the goods contained in the package are damaged,
please contact us immediately by Email at contact@wesker.store or by using the Contact Form.
In case of a failed delivery caused by you (e.g. wrong address, continuous absence of the recipient, refusing to accept the delivery even when not damaged
and containing the correct ordered goods, etc.), the payment made for the goods will be refunded, after the shipment returns to us successfully.
However, any actually incurred delivery and return costs will be deducted from the refund.
